Good morning. For 4 months I have been taking triplixam 5/1,25/10 and nedal 5 mg 1/2 and recently I noticed that the pressure in the supine position is slightly elevated, while measured in the standing position a few minutes after getting up drops significantly. With previous drugs I did not have atacand and betalock and I have the impression that it was often the opposite.

Nedal and Triplixam are used m.in in the treatment of hypertension. The combined use of drugs increases the risk of so-called orthostatic hypotension (associated with a change in body position from lying down to standing): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87304/triplixam-5-mg-1-25-mg-10-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/52548/nedal-tabletki/apteki Drugs can only be used together if they have been prescribed by one doctor or the doctor knew about their use. It is also important to observe the prescribed dosages and intervals between preparations. If you have symptoms of hypotension (such as dizziness), I encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of drugs. Please also be careful when standing up (do not make sudden movements). Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to use side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane If you think that the effect of the prescribed drugs is incorrect, I encourage you to consult your doctor. You can also take advantage of the teleadvice offered m.in by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Until the consultation, you should not modify the prescribed treatment yourself. You can read more about whether it is possible to combine drugs with each other in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
