Should sudden spotting when taking Naraya Plus tablets for 1.5 years worry me?

Hello, I noticed midcyclic spotting today when taking birth control pills. This is the first such situation, and I have been taking the same pills (naraya plus) for 1.5 years, should this bother me? I will add that I take the tablets regularly and mark each tablet taken in the calendar, so there is no question of skipping.

Certainly, as soon as I manage to make an appointment with a gynecologist, I will go to Noah, but maybe it can actually be due to stress, because I was applying for a job and literally in the evening after the interview I noticed this delicate spotting. Anyway, thank you very much for your reply, greetings

No, single loose bowel movements do not affect the performance of the tablets.

And I have been trying to get to the gynecologist for a check-up for 2 months and at the moment everything is busy until the end of the year :(

a few days ago I had a one-time discharge after 1 hour and 20 minutes after taking the pill at a fixed time, the next day I also had a loose bowel movement, but not the same as the previous day. Therefore, I wonder if this incident may have had an impact on this intermenstrual spotting.

Spotting can occur not only at the beginning of using contraceptive pills, but also after a long time, e.g. as a result of illness or excessive stress. This is usually not a cause for concern, and if the tablets have been used correctly (it is also worth excluding the possible use of other drugs that could affect the effect of the tablets), it does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. If you have not recently been to a check-up with your gynecologist, I would recommend making an appointment to exclude non-hormonal causes of spotting.
