If after a week of using Leverette my breasts hurt, does it mean that the pills are wrongly chosen?
Good morning, I have been taking leverette birth control pills for over a week and my breasts have started to hurt, does it mean that the drug is badly chosen? I would like to point out that this is the first package of contraceptive pills, I have never taken this type of pill before.

Breast pain and breast tenderness are common, possible side effects, but they can occur on average in 1 to 10 women. In general, the tolerability of the contraceptive is assessed after about 3 cycles of use. The lady has been using the drug for only a week. However, if the breast pain is very high and you are not able to tolerate such an effect, you can of course contact the gynecologist now.
