Is it possible to continue taking the contraceptive pills used so far after using Escapelle?
Hello, I took an escapelle pill today, I use birth control pills. I do not know if I should take the pills normally or take a week break and after a week start taking from the moment of interruption?

For @Anna: If you have taken Escapelle due to a decrease in the effectiveness of regularly used contraceptive pills, e.g. as a result of an error, the contraceptive protection of the pills will be maintained after an appropriate amount of time (usually 7 days) of proper use.
So how after escapelle the next day I can use contraceptive pills further I will be protected against pregnancy?

Zastosowanie preparatu Escapelle nie stanowi przeciwwskazania do dalszego stosowania regularnej antykoncepcji hormonalnej. W Pani przypadku nie powinno się robić przerwy w przyjmowaniu dotychczas stosowanych tabletek antykoncepcyjnych i przyjąć kolejną tabletkę z blistra, stosować jak dotychczas aż do ostatniej tabletki, czekając na krwawienie z odstawienia.
Proszę pamiętać, że jeśli po zastosowaniu preparatu Escapelle przez
kobietę stosującą regularną antykoncepcję hormonalną nie wystąpi krwawienie z odstawienia w kolejnym okresie przerwy w przyjmowaniu tabletek, należy wykluczyć ciążę.
