If I take a month's break from Vines tablets, can I bleed for a long time again?

Hello. I have been taking Vines tablets for 8 months. Recently I had a hard cold, it lasted so long that I could not go to the doctor for a prescription. I know I can skip a month and start taking them the next time I menstruate. At the first pack I bled heavily for 27 days. Could the situation happen again?
