Can a 4-hour delay in the use of Dionelle lead to a decrease in contraceptive protection?

I have been using Dionelle since January, but I do not carefully watch the time of taking the tablet (it varies up to 4 hours difference). After intercourse without a condom (and completed), I wonder if there is a need to take the pill the day after. What are the chances of an unplanned pregnancy?

According to available sources, taking Dionelle less than 12 hours apart from the standard time of use of the pills does not reduce contraceptive protection. However, it should be remembered that the effectiveness of contraceptive pills is not 100%, therefore, during intercourse, there is a small chance of getting pregnant.
