Good morning, I have been taking birth control pills for more than a year "vibin mini" two-component. I still have 4 pills left before my period, and I got my period today. So what should I do? - start taking placebo pills today? I will be grateful for an answer additionally what could have been the cause of earlier menstruation.

The tablets should be continued despite the bleeding observed. So as before - first all active tablets, then placebo. If you have taken the tablets regularly, you have not used other drugs that may weaken their effectiveness, there is no reason to worry - the protection is preserved, and the occurrence of bleeding a few days earlier than usual should not be alarming.
