Can dizziness in the morning be associated with the use of Propranolol or is it a side effect of Zoloft?

Zoloft 100mg, Propranolol 10mg 2xdz. for 8 days I take such a set. for 4 days my head is spinning in the morning and usually so until 11 it lasts. could it be caused by too much pressure reduction after propranolol or still a side effect of zoloft or maybe I should do results like potassium, magnesium?

Most likely, this is a symptom of hypotension associated with the combination of drugs Zoloft and Propranolol. Please measure your pulse values regularly - if your heart rate is below 60 beats/minute in the morning - then you may need to reduce your dose (after consulting your doctor).
