The concomitant use of beta-blockers (e.g. bisoprolol - the active ingredient in Concor Cor) with opprimol (the active ingredient in Simpramol) may lead to a change in plasma concentrations of both these medicines and opipramol. Therefore, if any disturbing side effects occur during therapy, e.g. excessively reduced pressure, it should be reported to the attending physician, who will make appropriate changes to the treatment.
