I took the limetic birth control pills for a month and a half, unfortunately I had to change them due to side effects. I took a 2 week break from Limetic and started taking Microgynon 21 two-ingredient tablets I have already taken the whole package today I start the second package or am I already protected from pregnancy?

With the correct start of the 2nd pack of Microgynon-21, you are protected against possible pregnancy, regardless of when you start the 1st pack of the drug.
It's just good that I didn't take the first day of the cycle or even on another day of the cycle. I took a break after Liemtic 2 weeks and started taking Microgynon 21 and bled for 3 weeks the bleeding ended 2 days before the new packaging

That is how you are already protected. Taking Microgynon tablets should be started on the 1st day of the natural menstrual cycle (i.e. on the first day of menstrual bleeding). Taking the pills can also be started on another day of the menstrual cycle. In this case, for the first 7 days of taking the tablets, it is recommended to use additional mechanical contraception.
