Which painkiller should I use during treatment with Bioxetin?

Bioxetin and painkillers For 2 weeks I have been taking Bioxetin, this is the first drug of this type with which I have contact. I would like to know what painkillers I can safely take. I am interested in pyralgina, ibuprofen, paracetamol, nimesil and no spa. Only such drugs I took depending on the situation. Can they be combined with Bioxetin? Best regards

When using the drug Bioxetin, containing in its composition a substance called fluoxetine, the safest analgesic is paracetamol. The analgesics listed in the question: ibuprofen, nimesulide (Nimesil) are included in the so-called group of NSAIDs, i.e. non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. They may increase the anticoagulant effect of Bioxetin, causing bleeding. A similar reaction can occur when metamizole, the drug Pyralgina, is used. The drug No-Spa contains in its composition drotaverine, which is a substance that has a diastolic effect. This medicine can be safely combined with Bioxetin as it has not been shown to interact with each other.
