Does skipping the Axia Conti tablet affect the effectiveness of contraception? Should I take the "after" pill?

Good morning, I have already been using 7 months of AxiaConti tablets. 3 days ago I skipped the tablet, but then I took it normally. Intercourse took place at the time of taking further tablets. Despite this, I'm not sure if after skipping the pill, contraception has not weakened. Is it possible to take a tablet the day after in such a situation?
