Should I be concerned if I didn't get withdrawal bleeding and spotting occurred at the next package?

Good morning. For about 4 years he has been using vines contraception. I always get bleeding during 4 tablets of placebo, but this time I got bleeding on the day of starting the new package, I took as usual. However, the bleeding was not just spotting. Is this a cause for concern? I forgot to take only one tablet in 2/3 of the week but there was no close-up at that time

If no intercourse occurred at the time of skipping the tablet and 7 days before and 7 days after this incident, the risk of pregnancy is negligible. If anything bothers you, you can take a pregnancy test that you will buy at the pharmacy. We write about what test to choose here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic When the result of the pregnancy test is negative - a one-time absence of bleeding on time or mid-cycle spotting should not bother. If the situation is also repeated in subsequent cycles, then it is worth consulting your gynecologist.
