According to the available information, in a situation where within the 1st week of use the pill was missed and it was not taken within 24 hours of the planned time of admission, in order to maintain contraceptive protection, it is recommended to use additional protection for the next 7 days. If during this time there was unprotected intercourse, there is a chance of getting pregnant. However, if you have taken Escapelle within 72 hours of intercourse, its effectiveness is assessed as high and the chance of getting pregnant is low. It is worth bearing in mind that the effectiveness is never 100%, therefore, if you notice symptoms of pregnancy, it would be advisable to perform a pregnancy test, the types of which can be read at the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic
