What should I do if I mistakenly took the active tablet of Vibin mini instead of the placebo tablet?

I take vibin mini tablets, from Monday to Sunday I have to take placebo tablets. From Monday to Wednesday I took placebo pills and today I made a mistake - instead of a placebo I took the first hormone pill (Thursday) How should I deal with the pills now? Go back to the placebo pills or continue the new blister I accidentally started today?
