Is it normal that after changing Vines tablets to Orlifique I have irregular bleeding?

In May, after consulting a gynecologist, I changed the tablets from Vines to Orlifique. In May, everything was ok. In June, spotting from withdrawal occurred on the same day before taking a placebo tablet. Now in July, the bleeding began on Thursday (the first placebo pill fell on the following Monday). It's Wednesday on a placebo and I'm still bleeding. What worries me is that I started bleeding on active pills. Will it normalize? I also thought about going back to Vines.

According to the information contained in the available sources, irregular spotting or bleeding may occur during the first months after the start of use of Orlifique tablets. The time it takes for the body to adapt to taking new pills can take about three cycles. In a situation where irregular bleeding would persist in you longer or was very severe, it would be advisable to see a gynecologist who may consider modifying the therapy or returning to previously used tablets.
