Should I take a break with the disc or put on bleeding on the first day?
Good morning, I put my first nuvaring disc on the first day of menstruation 07.06 and took it out after 3 weeks 27.06 to have a break. Today 30.06 I got menstruation, I have to wait until a week has passed or the rule is that always on the first day of the period I put on a new disc?

Only the first time the Nuvaring disc is applied on the first day of menstruation. Then you use the product in a cycle of 3 weeks with a disc - a week break. According to the information about the drug: "After removing the system, you need to take a week's break. During this time, bleeding may occur. It usually starts 2-3 days after its removal. The new system should be put on exactly after a week of break (on the same day of the week as usual and at about the same time), even if the bleeding is still ongoing. If the establishment of the new system is delayed by more than 3 hours, its contraceptive effectiveness may be reduced."
