If you have been experiencing "hemorrhage" for three weeks in the sense of sudden, continuous and very abundant loss of large amounts of blood, then you should urgently seek medical help, preferably gynecological. If you are talking about bleeding or spotting that persists from the start of taking Microgynon 21, you may experience irregular bleeding from the genital tract (spotting or mid-cycle bleeding) while taking Microgynon 21 in the first few months. If bleeding persists, becomes heavy or recurs, you should report it to your doctor.
