Hello. I take Vixpo two-component contraceptive pills. Gone are the days of the placebo and I still haven't gotten the bleeding. I will add that last month I had quite a slight spotting. I take the tablets regularly at the same time and additionally protect myself with a condom (maybe once a month there was intercourse without a condom but without a finale inside). Can the lack of bleeding that is bothering me now mean pregnancy?

The absence of withdrawal bleeding while taking Vixpo tablets does not necessarily mean pregnancy. In a situation where the contraceptive pill has been used correctly throughout the 3-week cycle of intake, there is a small chance that fertilization will occur. In addition, when using Vixpo tablets, it is possible that, despite taking them correctly, withdrawal bleeding will not occur. However, it should be remembered that taking hormonal contraception does not provide 100% protection against pregnancy, so if you observe other symptoms that could indicate pregnancy, you should perform a pregnancy test, the types of which can be found at the following link: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic
