Hi I 😊 have been using contraception for over two years and for the first time I want to skip the placebo so that menstruation does not appear (due to the trip)Can I somehow harm myself or deregulate hormones?

As a rule - tablets should be taken according to the guidelines, without skipping the placebo. Such action is not prohibited, it does not weaken the effectiveness of contraception, but it can cause that despite the use of another batch of active pills, spotting will still appear, may be irregular and may be prolonged - it all depends on the body. The final decision is yours, but it is not 100% said that you will avoid bleeding/spotting by acting in this way.
