As I understand it, it's about Drovelis placebo pills. Placebos are tablets without active ingredients - they do not contain hormones and can not cause side effects. Back (spine) pain may possibly be part of the discomfort associated with a break in hormone intake and impending bleeding, but this is not a specific symptom of the use of Drovelis at the placebo stage. If the back pain is severe and persists, then another cause may be considered.
