Do @ Klaudia: If you change the combined contraceptive pills you are using, it is recommended that you start using Qlaira immediately after you finish the active pills of the previous medicine. Do not take additional breaks between packages. Other management reduces the contraceptive effectiveness of Qlaira. This means that you were not protected after taking an additional break between the medications you were using.
