Which Vines blister pills should I start with and will menstruation stop after the first tablet?

Today I started bleeding I have never taken any contraceptive pills before I do not know what color of the pill to start with. If today, i.e. on the first day of menstruation, do I take a yellow pill, will my period run out tomorrow? I take vines tablets

Take one tablet per day for the next 28 days (one yellow active tablet once a day for the first 24 days, followed by one green placebo tablet once a day for the next 4 days) without taking a break between packs. Taking the first pill on the first day of natural menstruation will ensure that contraceptive protection will be provided from the first pill. Taking the first tablet will not cause the bleeding to stop immediately - it may be different than before - it may last shorter or longer than usual.
