Does taking EllaOne affect the pregnancy test?

Good morning, I would like to know if taking the EllaOne tablet has an impact on the pregnancy test performed, e.g. or can it falsify it? the tablet was taken on 30.05, while the test was done on 08.06 - exactly 10 days after taking the tablet. If so, when can a pregnancy test be taken (in what time interval after taking the EllaOne tablet) to be reliable? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The EllaOne tablet has no effect on the result of the pregnancy test. The test is best done about 14 days after intercourse, which could potentially lead to pregnancy. The date of taking the drug is not crucial here (EllaOne can be taken up to 120 hours after unprotected intercourse). You should also pay attention to whether there has been normal menstrual bleeding, but after taking the tablet, a few days delay in the onset of menstruation is normal (by a maximum of 7 days).
