Since less than 12 hours have passed since the set time of taking the pill, the effectiveness of contraceptive protection is not reduced. The tablets work properly. By taking the 20th tablet at 3 a.m., you did the right thing, and the one-time absence of withdrawal bleeding should not be alarming (it may be associated with infection, stress, reaction to hormone supply, etc.). If the situation with the absence of bleeding will recur, you should consult a doctor. According to the manufacturer: "Women using Qlaira may not experience bleeding even though they are not pregnant. Based on data from patients' diaries, amenorrhea can occur in about 15% of cycles."
