Is it safe to use Pramolan and Evra patches together?

Hello, I have been using Evra contraceptive patches for 9 months. On Saturday (28.06) I applied patch No. 2. On Tuesday (31.06) I got spotting, which later began to look like a period, and my stomach hurt. In the last two weeks I was under severe stress, so I took Pramolan, a 3x1 tablet. Could this have been the cause and was contraceptive protection preserved?

According to the available information, there have been no significant interactions between Pramolan and Evra so far. Therefore, the contraceptive effect of Evra should not be impaired if the patches have previously been used correctly. According to the information on Evra, intermenstrual bleeding may occur while taking this medicine, so your bleeding may have been an adverse reaction to the medicine. It should be remembered that there are many factors that can disrupt the course of the menstrual cycle. Among them is also stress, which is why your disorders may have occurred as a result of it. To be more sure that the resulting cycle disorders will not cause a decrease in contraceptive protection, you can use additional contraceptive protection for the next 7 days in the form of, for example, a condom. In the event that the bleeding would be very severe, you should go to the gynecologist.
