Is it possible that I will be pregnant?

I'm after the cesarean. Throughout the entire puerperium there is no intercourse. After puerperium, I started taking orlifique birth control pills. In the leaflet it is written to use an additional security device for the first 7 days, i.e. a condom. But for these 7 days there was a lack of intercourse. For me today it passed when I take these pills 12 day. And today was the first intercourse after giving birth and taking 12 tablets in which the partner in me ended up. Will I be pregnant or not?
