Is it possible to use Bactrim Forte, Flixonase, Vick Sinex and sinus irrigation with saline solution at the same time?

I have sinusitis and polyp in the nose,2nd day I take Bactrim forte, flixonase, Sinex, sinus lungs with salt,can I combine these drugs and treatment methods?

There are no contraindications to the concomitant use of Bactrim Forte, Flixonase, Vick Sinex and aqueous sinus irrigation solutions. However, attention should be paid to the correct order of use of nasal preparations - first irrigation of the sinuses with a saline solution, then unblocking the nose with Vick Sinex spray to facilitate the absorption of the steroid and finally the use of Flixonase aerosol. Please note that Vick Sinex can be used for no more than 7 days. Then you should take at least a 14-day break.
