For @Marta: Protein, including dairy products, does not affect the effect of contraception. It is not necessary to keep a distance between food and tablets.

Hello, I am interested in the issue of protein products milk, yogurt, cheese, white cheese. It is known that we do not drink milk. Yogurt and other protein products also have milk in them. Should there be a time interval between them and the pill? I sip it in the morning and then breakfast. I like yogurt, but I'm afraid to drink it because of contraception. Please dispel my doubts? Regards Marta

No, the protein supplement does not affect the effectiveness of contraception. The effectiveness of oral hormonal contraception is influenced by some drugs, which you will read about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-oslabiaja-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
