Will the period disappear completely with the Kyleen spiral?

Good morning I have a question whether the period will disappear completely with the spiral kyleena? However, will there be menstruation? I'd rather not have it for that I ask. And is Mirena or kyleena better so that the period was not wogòle?

When using the Kyleena system, you can expect changes in the bleeding profile, but there is no guarantee that you will definitely not have a period and that such an effect will occur immediately. Among the possible effects of the Kyleen system are changes in bleeding: including menstruation of greater or lesser intensity, spotting, rare menstruation and lack of bleeding, irregular, shorter or longer menstruation. During the first 3 to 6 months of using the system, mid-cycle spotting can be expected. Sometimes bleeding is more abundant than usual at first, however, it is likely that with each month of use of the system, it will be possible to find a decrease in the number and number of days of bleeding duration. Only in some women there is a complete disappearance of menstrual bleeding. Comparing the mirena and Kyleen systems, it should be pointed out that only the former has in its indications not only the prevention of pregnancy, but also "idiopathic excessive menstrual bleeding". However, the effect on the endometrium and on the bleeding profile is similar to that of Kyleena, since both products contain the same hormone, however, Mirena releases more of it. Effect depending on the individual characteristics of the patient: "Scanty bleeding and/or absence of bleeding may occur in approximately 20% of women of childbearing potential who use the Mirena system. By the end of the 6th year of using the system, scant bleeding and no bleeding occur in 31% and 24% of women using the Mirena system, respectively." At the same time, it is worth considering that the type of contraception is chosen by the gynecologist and although he sets her preferences and expectations with the patient, it may turn out that you will propose a different solution.
