Is it possible to take Ibuprom with Lisinopril and Loratadine?

I have urate acid 6.9 I am a woman I take still for allergy loratadine 10 MG. For hypertension LISINOPRIL 10 MG. What painkillers can I take. Could it be nurofen ibuprofen.

Ibuprom may weaken the antihypertensive effect of Lisinopril, so such a combination is not indicated.
