Will starting a break earlier for Microgynon 21 affect its effectiveness?

If I do not take the last two pills in microgynon 21, will it interfere with the effectiveness of contraception? Unfortunately, I do not know if I will have available pills with me and I have two days left to take them and then there will be a break from withdrawal so if I do it earlier it will somehow interfere with the effectiveness?
