Good morning, can symptoms such as brown spotting and slight bleeding and abdominal pain indicate an intimate infection if there are no symptoms such as itching, burning? I've been taking Vibin Mini for a long time but it was the first time that such spotting and bleeding appeared, which makes me anxious

Spotting and bleeding are not typical symptoms of an intimate infection, especially if there are no other symptoms. Sometimes, however, they can actually accompany infection of the reproductive organ, but without a gynecological examination this can neither be confirmed nor excluded. According to the Vibin Mini documentation: "During the first few months of taking Vibin mini, you may have unexpected bleeding (bleeding outside the period of using white tablets). If such bleeding lasts for more than a few months, or if it begins after a few months, the doctor should investigate the cause." I enclose additional information:
