Does taking an extra Vibin pill affect contraceptive effectiveness and withdrawal bleeding?

Does anything happen if I took two birth control pills in one day? I take vibin tablets and I was not sure if the tablet was absorbed so I took an additional one from a spare blister, does taking an additional tablet somehow affect the effectiveness and subsequent bleeding from withdrawal?

Taking an additional contraceptive pill does not affect their effectiveness or the occurrence of withdrawal bleeding, but increases the likelihood of side effects.
