Can ovarian stinging occur on the first day of taking a placebo pill? I have been taking vibin mini for 2 months and I do not recall having such a symptom during this time.

Yes, this type of symptom can occur and herald impending withdrawal bleeding. However, if the pain is intense and additional symptoms appear, e.g. vomiting, fever, abdominal pain - you should consult a gynecologist.
