Does taking the 14th Vines tablet with a delay of 13.5 hours affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Good morning, I have been taking Vines tablets for 6 months now basically I eat now 6 pack and yesterday was my 14th day of taking with 6 blisters but I forgot to take it at 9 am and Sewed only at 22:30 after drinking beer earlier. Is the effectiveness of contraception the same ???

If you take a Vines tablet with a delay of 13.5 hours, contraceptive protection may be reduced. However, in the case of tablets from the second week (numbers 8.-14.), skipping the drug at a fixed time does not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
