Are elevated temperatures, sore throat and embolism side effects of Daylette?

Increased body temperature. Hello, for 9 days I have been taking (for the first time) hormones (Daylette). For 5 days I have an elevated temperature in my mouth (37.3-37.5), for the first 2 days my throat and sinuses also hurt slightly, but that's it. Could this be a side effect of taking hormones? If so, is the drug then effective? How to proceed in such a situation? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Elevated temperature, sore throat and sinuses are not known side effects of hormones, but are typical symptoms of infection. Continue taking Daylette tablets.
