Hello. Recently, I have been using the adaring disc for three cycles I have not taken a seven-day break and for three weeks all the time the plan. The fourth one I applied without interruption, hoping that it will normalize but still plan. Can I take out the fourth disc a week earlier and take a seven-day break? Will the protection be maintained and will I stop staining then?

To @Aguniaa: There is no such guarantee. In the case of persistent spotting at the next disc, it is worth consulting a gynecologist.
And will the spotting stop after a seven-day break?

To @Aguniaa: Yes, you can remove the disc a week earlier. Protection against pregnancy will remain preserved. After a 7-day break, a new disc should be put on. During a break in the use of the disc, withdrawal bleeding may occur.
So I can remove the disc a week earlier and the protection will be preserved? And will the spotting subside when withdrawal bleeding occurs?

Spotting is probably caused by the fact that you did not apply a break. A regular weekly break between systems is recommended. At the same time, sometimes hormonal contraception causes the occurrence of mid-cycle spotting, especially at the beginning of use. According to the documentation of the drug: "Although it is not recommended, it is possible to delay the onset of menstruation (withdrawal bleeding) by establishing a new vaginal therapeutic system immediately after the removal of the previous one, without a period of interruption in its use. The new vaginal therapeutic system can be used for no more than 3 weeks. During the period of use of the new vaginal therapeutic system, spotting (single drops or blood stains) or mid-cycle bleeding may occur. In order to induce withdrawal bleeding, the vaginal therapeutic system must be removed." I would suggest removing the disc and taking a break, but please reckon with the fact that there will probably be withdrawal bleeding. To maintain protection against pregnancy, another system should be put on time. Persistent bleeding and spotting at the next disc should prompt you to contact a gynecologist.
