Does the desire to pass stool reduce the effectiveness of contraceptive pills?

Good morning, can the mere desire to pass stool 3 hours after taking the pill affect the effectiveness of birth control pills?

The small intestine and the large intestine are a significant difference - and it is in the large intestine that the formation of stool occurs.

I understand, I read that birth control pills are absorbed in the small intestine.

At this stage, the tablet is already digested a long time ago, what's more - the active substance is absorbed into the bloodstream in the body and this takes place already in the stomach, and not in the intestines where the formation of fecal masses takes place. Both withholding and passing stool do not affect the effectiveness of the tablets.

What if I was holding back my stool and feeling a slight pain? I'm afraid the pill has digested badly.

No, the desire to pass stool does not affect the effectiveness of contraception and does not reduce protection against pregnancy.
