If I have to take the drugs Bisocard and Prenessa, which is used daily, and which can be taken temporarily?

Hello after covid I have frequent palpitations and last week very high pressure even 170/110 after the visit I got bisocard and prenessa drugs and I associate with the doctor ordered. Some take only when the pressure will be high and some every day. But of course they speak so quickly that I do not remember which and how 🙈. Someone will tell me

Bisocard should be used continuously - every day, at the same time. Prenessa can be taken regularly or temporarily - that is, when the pressure is elevated.
