Swallowing the contraceptive pill, I felt it scratch my tongue on the back, but I washed down with plenty of water and eventually it went down my throat and swallowed it. Is the effectiveness maintained?

Good morning, if swallowing the contraceptive pill I felt like it was scratching my tongue on the back, but I was drinking a lot of water and in the end it went down my throat and I swallowed it, the effectiveness is preserved?

And if 1.5 hours after that I bounced back and the reflection "went through the nose" then the effectiveness is preserved?

I think you can rest assured. The situation described above could not affect the effectiveness of contraceptive pills, protection was preserved.
