When to put on the new Nuvaring disc after wearing the previous one for more than 4 weeks?
Good morning, I forgot to take out the Nuvaring disc, I realized only after more than 4 weeks. When should I insert a new one? Right away, or take a break? I realize that during this period maybe the puck is no longer working, so that the new one starts working as soon as possible.

From the drug documentation: "If NuvaRing has been used for more than 4 weeks, the contraceptive effectiveness may be reduced, and before setting up a new vaginal therapeutic system, make sure that the patient is not pregnant." After making sure that you are not pregnant, you can immediately apply a new disc, but use an additional method of contraception for the first 7 days.
