How many days to use the additional contraceptive method after vomiting after the 11th tablet of Slinda?

I take slinda tablets, every day at 9 p.m. Recently, I got a virus and diarrhea and vomiting at night appeared, I think that after 22, those required 3-4 hours rather did not pass, I did not take another anti pill, I felt bad all the next day, I took the tablet the next day at a fixed time, i.e. 21 and I no longer had diarrhea or vomiting. On the day of vomiting, I took 11 white tablets. How long can the contraceptive effect be impaired due to the intestinal revolution?

If vomiting and diarrhoea occur within less than 3-4 hours of taking the tablet, follow the schedule given by skipping the active tablet. If you skip the 11 tablet, it is recommended to use an additional contraceptive method for at least 7 consecutive days. If you used an additional Slinda tablet within 12 hours of taking the 11th pill, contraceptive protection would be maintained: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101505/slinda-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/251344 We wrote about how to use contraception correctly in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje
