Are there any interactions between Aripirol and Amisulpiride and Venlaflaxine?

Are there any interactions between aripyrazole and amisulpiride and venlaflaxin? Is it possible to take these three drugs together? Once, of course, with the permission of the doctor I took amisulpiride and venlaflaxin and whether you can still take aripirozole because I got a prescription from the doctor for these two neuroleptics but about venlaflaxin I forgot to mention that I took because I thought that only there are interactions between neuroleptics.

According to current medical literature, there are some interactions between these preparations. Do not use these preparations without consulting a doctor. In this case, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides on the possible treatment of the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the current response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide on a possible change in pharmacotherapy. The combination of Venlafaxine and Amisulpiride in therapy increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting). On the other hand, the combination of Venlafaxine with Aripiram increases the risk of serotonin syndrome, which is manifested m.in by confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. an increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. In the future, I also encourage you to inform the attending physician about all the medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
