Good morning, if for a few hours about 6 contraceptive pills I had hidden in a cardboard that is attached to them and then put in a leather case and finally in a handbag they could clash their properties if the temperature ranged from 1 to 3 degrees Celsius when I was outside all the time? The pills were dry and it seems to me that warm, because when I was outside I had my purse constantly moved close to my body on my knees by habit.

The risk that during such a period of stay at low temperature the tablets have something happened and they have lost their properties - is low. The manufacturer of the drug probably predicted the need to transport the drug at lower temperatures from the pharmacy to the house, so in my opinion - you have no reason to worry. At home, please store the tablets in a shady, dry place, at room temperature.
