What should I do if I have spotting after 10 months of taking Atyvia?

Since May I have been taking Atywia tablets, the day before yesterday (20 tablets) and today (the first day of withdrawal) I had a strange color of mucus, i.e. the day before yesterday a very pale pink (once) and today such a darker cream, and before that it did not happen to me. I did not miss any pills, I always take regularly, is it normal or is something wrong? I was a week ago at the gynecologist's check-up, after undergoing a vaginal fungal infection, then everything was ok.

I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. Spotting or bleeding after the first 3 months after starting treatment with Atywia should be consulted with your doctor. Spotting does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the drug. Perhaps this is a side effect of the drug Atyvia: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/8018/atywia-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/186034 I also encourage you to report the side effect of the drug. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market. We wrote about how and why to report side effects in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
