In this case, I encourage you to consult a doctor. Changes in the menstrual bleeding profile after 2 years of using Vibin should be evaluated by a gynecologist.

The tablets are Vibin 3mg + 0.03mg tablets I have been taking for over two years. This bleeding was with the white pills I had been taking since Wednesday last week.

In the event that these are the first packages of the contraceptive preparation used, it may happen that spotting and bleeding occur. In this case, it may be that the Saturday bleeding you describe was spotting or the bleeding on Wednesday afternoon was spotting. Typically, typical withdrawal bleeding is "continuous." It can be scanty or intense, however, it should not be "intermittent". However, when using single-component contraceptive pills, the occurrence of irregular spotting and bleeding is completely normal and can happen. Then one of the bleedings described by you may be mid-cycle spotting. If you are concerned about something, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. The above information is general information. If you had additional questions, I encourage you to provide the name of the preparation you use and the time of using contraception. In addition, please indicate whether the bleeding occurred with active tablets (which) or during a break (or the use of placebo tablets). This will allow you to give a concrete answer to your questions. We wrote more about hormonal contraception in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/antykoncepcja-hormonalna
