How to change the use of tablets from Teenia to Vibin?
I take Teenia birth control pills but I will change to Vibin. Should I take a 7 day break after finishing the Teenia package or start taking Vibin without it right away?

You can do two things: 1) start using Vibin preferably on the day following the last active tablet (the last tablet containing the active substances) of the previously used combined oral contraceptive, 2) at the latest on the day following the usual interruption of the tablets or after the placebo pill period of the previously used combined oral contraceptive. Personally, I would recommend the first option, i.e. starting the use of Vibin tablets immediately after the end of Teenia active tablets (without taking a 7-day break).
