I take 3 medications. Propranolol WZF twice a day for half a tablet, pramolan 50 mg twice a day one tablet, and Letrox 75. This is the first time I've had my period since I've taken propranolol and pramolan. I took ibuprofenum 400 mg together with pramolate this morning, and 3 hours later I took propranolol because I was a little worried about whether I could take it together with the analgesic. Always during menstruation for the first two days needs to take at least two tablets a day of painkillers. For now, I've only taken one. I wanted to ask, did I do the right thing? Is it possible to take ibuprofenum with propranolol, or maybe better paracetamol, in what amount, and does there have to be a time interval? Is it better to do something else at all? Thank you for your answers. Best regards.

There are certain interactions between the medicinal substances contained in the medicinal products mentioned in the question. It is worth being aware of the effects of simultaneous use of the above drugs, so that if you observe disturbing symptoms, you can associate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances and go to the doctor. The combined use of these drugs carries an increased risk of side effects. The combination of Propranolol and Ibuprofen may weaken the hypotensive effect. In consultation with your doctor, you can increase the dose of Propranolol accordingly, or replace Ibuprofen, e.g. with paracetamol or sodium metanisol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/72614/solpadeine-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65496/pyralgina-tabletki/apteki A single use of these drugs may or may not cause the occurrence of the side effects described above. Between their use, it is worth maintaining a break of several hours, a minimum of 2-3 hours.
