Does severe nausea affect the absorption of the contraceptive pill?

Good morning, yesterday I took the first tablet from the new package at 13:00. At about an hour I got a severe migraine (stress) that lasted until the end of the day. I didn't have vomiting or diarrhea, but around 23:00-0:00 I got severe nausea. There was no vomiting because I had already gone to sleep. Could this situation have affected the absorption of the tablet? It worries me that this is the first tablet from the package.
